Hi, I’m Rouba :) A product designer at Adobe based in Atlanta, GA.
I focus on creating designs with AI at the core and empathy at the heart.
In the recent past, I have encountered several events that have taught me the priceless value of empathy, sharpened my sensitivity towards people, and immensely challenged me to craft honest and meaningful experiences that meet people’s needs.
With a background in Civil Engineering and Graphic Design, I bring a unique perspective to problem-solving, blending an eye for beauty with a keen understanding of business goals to deliver exceptional user experiences.

I'm a curious human being who likes to navigate multicultural environments. My superpowers are empathy and systems thinking! I enjoy creating designs with meaning and substance, without sacrificing a sense of fun. I find inspiration through my curiosity of the world around me, whether it's through color, textures, music, architecture, or fashion.
I thrive in high-stakes environments where I’m challenged to take on new tasks. My past experience in volunteering and working for different agencies and corporates has given me the ability to know when to take the initiative to be a team leader or a team player who supports others when they step up to a challenge.

Favorite hobbies: Singing, painting, hiking and walking
Favorite places: It depends! Sometimes I like to be in places that keep me visually and mentally stimulated. Other times, I escape to mountains or beaches to unplug and recharge.
Favorite music: Jazz, Blues, Pop, and Arabic music!
Favorite pet: Dogs but that doesn’t mean I hate cats! I just prefer direct communication and transparency over mysterious hints :) [Update: well, guess what! I got 2 cats, their names are Sushi & Marshmallow, and it turned out that I LOVE to crack my cats’ mysterious codes! 🐱]
