A set of 3 deliverables created to promote Yayoi Kusama exhibition at the High Museum of Atlanta. The Japanese artist who was a self-described “obsessional artist,” known for her extensive use of polka dots and for her infinity installations.
Instead of relying purely on photographs of her work, I decided to create everything from scratch in illustrator except for the transit signage ads where images of two infinity rooms were used as a background. The main focus was on Kusama’s character and her creation of the yellow pumpkins … from there all the fun started to create a modern and engaged set of designs!
